Assessment of Entrepreneurship in Sustainable Economic Growth: (A Reference of Patna Bihar)

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is process of sustainable economic growth by driving innovation, creating jobs, and promoting resource efficiency and Sustainable entrepreneurship is a particular, integrates environmentally and socially responsible practices into business models, contributing balanced and resilient economy. This study examined the assessment of entrepreneurship in sustainable economic growth. The study also analyzed challenges faced by business start-ups or small and medium enterprises. As a results of the absence of sequential data related to entrepreneurship and sustainable economic growth in Bihar. The descriptive case study method was used to gather information. A self-designed questionnaire was used to gather additional information analyzed in sample. The study found entrepreneurship is a significant role in achieving sustainable economic growth for the state to overcome her economic crisis. Entrepreneurship is generating employment, innovation, increase production, and diversify the economy source of revenue while fostering the development of small and medium enterprises in Bihar. This study proposed there should be proper policy coordination and stability, provision of necessary infrastructure, and reforms in the educational curriculum to orientate people to be self-reliant.
