CellProfiling/Sp8-Lif_To_Memento: Fix #5 = implement processing of manually acquired images

The software now can process images acquired manually. For manual acquisition, make sure to include the Well and region ID in the series name in the LASX software (e.g., B4_2 would indicate well B4, position 2).

The introductory dialog now informs about how to process manually acquired files:
