PangyPlot Input - HPRC v1.1 minigraph-cactus (clip, GRCh38 reference)

Description
This dataset contains chromosome-level pangenome graphs from the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC) minigraph-cactus 'clip' output (GRCh38 reference). Each chromosome graph was converted to GFA format and processed with odgi layout to generate a 2D layout.
