Dataset of Infrared Absorption Responses of leaves from five Cannabis sativa L. varieties treated with a Trichoderma spp.-Based Biomass suspension

The dataset comprises spectra obtained from industrial hemp leaves derived from plants subjected to two experimental conditions: treatment with Trichoderma-based biomass and control group. Plant varieties are coded using the nomenclature W1 to W5, where those that received the Trichoderma treatment are identified with the letter T. Leaf samples were collected from industrial hemp crops established in experimental fields located in Paraguay.

All activities were performed under a formal resolution issued by the Comisión Interinstitucional de Cáñamo Industrial (COINCA), which authorized sample collection, transport, and laboratory analysis (Dictamen DGAJ 239/25). The work was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Multidisciplinary Center for Technological Research (CEMIT) of the National University of Asunción (UNA), through Resolution No. CE-00012.
