Abstract
This paper proposes that current I and world quantum energy Eq form an ontological unity through the environment-dependent magnetic flux quantum Φx . We demonstrate that I=Eq/Φx reveals current not as charge flow, but as the relational expression of quantum state energy to the fundamental flux unit. This discovery reconstructs Ohm's law and reveals superconductivity as topological locking of the x-factor.
