This study has been conducted by Research Consulting and CRAC-Vitae, with fourteen participating institutions from the two countries. The study involved a survey and extensive and sustained engagement with the participating institutions through institutional feedback calls and good practice sharing workshops, providing a baseline for future dialogue on resource allocation, innovative strategies, effective evaluation, and the sharing of best practices.
