D3.1 FOODITY Programme Services v1

The present document is Deliverable D3.1 – FOODITY Programme Services v1, which presents and describes the diverse range of activities to be offered to the third parties selected in the framework of the FOODITY – Open Call #1 and that will participate in the FOODITY Programme. As an integral part of Work Package 3, this programme plays a pivotal role in providing essential technical and business-oriented activities aimed at supporting and empowering the selected projects to achieve their objectives and maximize their impact in crucial domains.

The primary objective of the FOODITY Programme is to offer the beneficiaries of the open calls a wide array of value-added services, fostering an environment that ensures the successful development of their projects. To accomplish this goal, the programme encompasses various activities, including specialized training, group coaching, general webinars, and access to additional resources, all geared towards enhancing participants' skills and knowledge.

A key highlight of the programme is the establishment of a mentoring initiative in collaboration with external experts. This strategic partnership aims to maximize the potential of the initiatives funded under the FOODITY Programme. By providing personalized guidance and support, these projects will be empowered to overcome challenges and unlock their full potential.

Furthermore, the programme will facilitate the management of beneficiaries' requests for technical support by integrating the technical building blocks offered by FOODITY partners CERTH, SOF, and JIBE, as well as contributing datasets to the FOODITY data lake. This approach will foster collaboration and resource sharing between projects, creating a robust and interconnected community that operates with a unified approach towards success.

Ensuring the continuity of third-party actions is another crucial aspect of the programme. Through the implementation of sustainability plan activities, measures, and actions will be put in place to enable the selected projects to continue their development and operation beyond the initial funding phase. In this spirit, mutual learning and exchange among the beneficiaries of the open call will be actively encouraged.

Collaborations, regular meetings, workshops and events form the foundation for fostering a cooperative and joint learning environment, where projects can freely share their lessons learned, best practices, and know-how.
