ELIXIR-STEERS D1.5 ELIXIR Gender Equality Strategy

The ELIXIR Gender Equality Strategy is a coordinated initiative to promote gender balance, diversity, and inclusion across the ELIXIR research infrastructure. It builds on the 2018 ELIXIR Equal Opportunities Strategy and aligns with the European Commission’s Horizon Europe Gender Equality Plan (2020–2025). This strategy is developed out of ELIXIR-STEERS WP1 and supports excellence in research infrastructure management by embedding inclusive practices.
