Description

Aligned nuclear and mtDNA sequences for 63 macropodiform species.

These matrices contain the alignments of 11 nuclear genes (apoB, BRCA1, IRBP, vWF, RAG1, ENAM, ADORA3, ADRA2B, BCHE, TYR and DMP1) and mitogenomes.

In the file "Kangaroos63_NT.nex", all the partitions have the standard nucleotide coding.

The file "Kangaroos63_3RY.nex" differs only in that the mtDNA protein coding 3rd positions are in RY coded.
