Theory of relative reality:TRR–NOTIME: Structural Prediction of ACES-ELT Experiment Results on the ISS Without Time Dilation
Authors/Creators
Description
This document presents a falsifiable prediction of the ACES/ELT experiment aboard the International Space Station using the TRR–NOTIME framework, which eliminates time as a physical quantity. Instead of interpreting the measured frequency difference (Δf) as gravitational time dilation, TRR explains it as a static projection difference of Directional Energy Potential (SEP) between the ISS and Earth. Based on the SEP gradient and spatial configuration, a fixed layer difference (ΔNTL) is derived. The model produces three falsifiable predictions: (1) invariance to orbital direction and history, (2) phase stability over time, and (3) full spatial determinism of the measured frequency difference. If ACES/ELT detects results inconsistent with these predictions, the TRR model is invalidated. This framework allows frequency prediction from structural parameters without invoking time, motion, or curvature.
