IUCLID for PPP Filtering rules

The excel file provides the full list of filtering rules applicable to all IUCLID fields relevant in EU pesticides submissions for the following working contexts:

EU PPP Active Substance Application (product)

EU PPP Microorganism - Active Substance Application (product)

EU PPP MRL application

EU PPP Basic substance application

The filtering rules establish whether the data in each field are published by default, can be claimed confidential or are subject to more sophisticated publication rules. All applicable rules are described in the dedicated “Guideline” Tab in the excel. This file can be used in conjunction with the IUCLID tool 'Dissemination Preview'.

N.B. The filtering rules were last updated in September 2025 for IUCLID 6 v.9.7. On top of the previously assigned filtering rules for all the new fields and documents introduced with the format changes in May 2025, in July 2025 two filtering rules were edited in the FLEXIBLE_RECORD.Manufacturer_EU_PPP document to revert to the previous configuration and in September the filtering rules for the Quality Control data in the Analytical profile of batches were updated.
