Chronovibrational Power Conversion: Harnessing Resonance in the Aether Physics Model

Description
We present a conservative, falsifiable route to phase-locked power conversion based on the QMU identity F_q = mflx * aefp. Three platforms are specified: (1) Josephson phase-comb pumping, (2) dielectric whispering-gallery down-conversion, and (3) magneto-electroelastic mixers. Each platform uses ratio tests, parity/phase flips, and shielding/ground audits to eliminate spurious coupling, with pass/fail defined by ledger closure rather than absolute SI power accounting. Success establishes reproducible channel transduction without net energy gain; failure on registered nulls falsifies the hypothesis. All parameters and results are expressed purely in QMU.
