Homeopathic Approach in Chronic Bronchial Asthma at Dr Batra's

Description

Abstract

Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways characterized by episodic wheezing, cough, breathlessness, and chest tightness. It affects over 300 million people worldwide, with increasing prevalence due to environmental, genetic, and lifestyle factors. Conventional management focuses on symptom control through bronchodilators and corticosteroids, yet many patients experience recurrent exacerbations and side effects. The homeopathic approach aims at individualized treatment by addressing the totality of symptoms, including physical, mental, and emotional aspects, to stimulate the body's inherent healing mechanisms.

This case study presents a 17-year-old male with a history of bronchial asthma resistant to conventional treatment. Over a period of one year, homeopathic management at Dr Batra’s led to progressive relief from respiratory symptoms and improved overall well-being, culminating in complete remission without reliance on conventional inhalers.
