Description

TIGER stands for the Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing system and represents the U.S. Census Bureau's geographic spatial data. 
This is a version of the data set that is preprocessed for spatial analysis. 
The README specifies the cleaning process that transforms the input into distinct pairs of integers.
