Heatwaves constrain the future persistence of mosquito vectors in Europe - underlying data and analysis
Authors/Creators
Description
This record contains the underlying analysis supporting the manuscript “Heatwaves constrain the future persistence of mosquito vectors in Europe”.
It includes the original R workflow used for the analyses, selected derived outputs, final figure files, and reproducibility metadata. The code is provided largely in its original working form, with only minimal annotation and path standardization for archiving purposes.
Original input climate datasets are not redistributed in this archive. These include third party sources such as E-OBS, ISIMIP climate projections, Copernicus Climate Change Service heatwave products, and Natural Earth land layers. These inputs need to be obtained separately from their original providers.
The archive is intended to support transparency, traceability, and reuse of the analytical workflow underlying the study.
Supplement_Raw_Data.xlsx
This dataset contains the raw experimental data underlying temperature response and behavioural studies across multiple life stages. It includes structured data from heat exposure, recovery, life cycle, and behavioural experiments, with separate sheets for eggs, larvae, adults, and full life-cycle observations, as well as detailed information on experimental replicates. The data are provided in original tabular format to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and reuse.
