This dataset corresponds to a region of interest (ROI) selected from a  Xenium dataset released publically by 10X Genomics. The dataset represents a coronal section of an adult mouse brain tissue. The whole dataset and additional information is available in the following link

The dataset is presented in SpatialData format and has been formated to be compatible with Troutpy, serving as input of the tutorials. Read more info about SpatialData format.
