D1.3 Risk Identification and Management

The Risk Management Procedure outlines a systematic approach to managing risks in the 
SecAwarenessTruss project, ensuring proactive identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks. The 
Risk Manager, with the project team, maintains a Risk Management Register accessible to all 
members via the Shared Drive. This register details each risk's description, probability, impact, 
concerned work packages (WPs), and mitigation measures.
