Early life adversity shapes life history trade-offs between growth and reproduction in free-ranging rhesus macaques

Datasets:

Reproduction_ELA_data.rds and Morph_ELA_data.rds used to test for ELA effects on age at first birth, reproductive rate, sub-adult growth and adult body weight.

Adult_repro_growth.rds and Subadult_repro_growth.rds used to test for trade-offs between reproduction and growth in adults and subadults, respectively. 

natural_death_moms.rds contains the IDs of females included in our fitness analyses

Adult_residualsize.rds and Subadult_residualsize.rds contains age-adjusted weight (residual weight) used to test for association between body weight and fitness
