Description
This dataset contains curated microscopy images and annotations used for training and fine-tuning HFinder, a deep-learning-based tool for detecting and classifying hyphal and infection-related structures in plant-oomycete interactions. It includes annotated images from multiple host-pathogen systems and experimental conditions, and is intended to support reproducible training, benchmarking, and reuse of machine-learning models for plant pathology image analysis.
