Description

A minimalist, vanilla JavaScript single-page application for viewing a critical digital edition of the Ginza, a central Mandaean religious text. The application provides parallel display of the critical edition, German translation, and critical apparatus based on 12 manuscripts and one printed edition. Features include automatic conversion between Mandaean script and scholarly transliteration, integrated glossary functionality, and full-text search capabilities. Built without external dependencies for long-term archival stability and minimal maintenance requirements.
