AI4Life Open Calls: PROJECT OC2-13
Description
This repository contains a dataset of videos of HUVEC cells expressing GCaMP6s and stimulated with Yoda1, acquired using a widefield microscope with a 20 ms exposure time and 20% lamp intensity.
This repository includes the following data:
Videos:
- 10 videos with dimensions 1009 × 1024 × 1024, originally located in the Test Data folder.
- Among these, 4 videos have been selected for the final experiments and are referenced as the REFINED dataset.
Image Pairs:
- 163 Low-SNR and 163 High-SNR paired frames, referenced as HUVEC_IMG, originally located in the NIDDL folder.
- These were used in preliminary experiments.
Both splits consist of the original data as received by the applicants, derived from three independent experiments performed under identical imaging conditions.
Preprocessing Notice
The uploaded data has been preprocessed with camera noise correction (i.e., each test image was corrected by subtracting the reference noise image average_image.tif).
To recover the raw data, the correction image must be added back.
