It is designed to guide students in understanding the theoretical foundations, practical applications, and judicial practices of constitutional law.
The content is structured to offer coherent insights into constitutional mechanisms, protection of fundamental rights, and the role of the judiciary, combining rigorous scientific research with practical perspectives. The textbook is intended not only for students but also for legal scholars, practitioners, and other professionals interested in constitutional law.
The development of the textbook was supported by the Georgian National University SEU, the SEU Scientific Research Grant, USAID, and the East-West Management Institute’s PROLoG program, with additional backing from the Constitutional Court of Georgia. The publication contributes to the study of constitutional adjudication and promotes respect for constitutional values in society.
