The density of several wild mammals' populations were estimated implementing the Random Encounter Model with a standardized protocol within the activities of the European Observatory of Wildlife. The xlsx file "EOW_database" is made of four sheets:

3- summary data obtained in each study site during each year of monitoring

4- legend
