Executive Summary

Zero Motorcycles has earned global leadership in electric motorcycle design. The Collective proposes a collaboration to launch a new vehicle class: the Collective Rider System (CRS).

CRS merges self-healing battery chemistry, AI-driven safety cocoon (suit + helmet), adaptive ride height, and unmatched payload capacity. It is the safest, most intelligent, and most capable motorcycle platform ever conceived.

I am not approaching this as a theorist—I am a Zero rider. I have owned four Zero motorcycles over the years, and my current ride is the Zero DSR/X, already enhanced with my own AI integrations. I know firsthand that this technology works in the field, and I know Zero’s platform is the perfect base to make it global.

The Collective provides the technology stack and IP. Zero provides manufacturing, homologation, and distribution. Together, we bring this to market by 2026–early 2027.

• CollectiveOS software stack (GEM:Ω, TensorForecast, SynNAS, Proof Vault).

1. Ownership

All intellectual property (IP), designs, algorithms, prototypes, and concepts remain the exclusive property of Mark Anthony Brewer and Brewtanius Ink LLC (“Owner”).

2. Scope of License

This license grants the Licensee (Zero Motorcycles or other authorized party) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the CRS IP solely for the purposes of collaboration, prototyping, manufacturing, and distribution of vehicles developed in partnership with the Owner.

3. Restrictions

• Licensee may not reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the CRS IP without written consent.

• Licensee may not sublicense, transfer, or assign the CRS IP to third parties.

• Licensee may not apply CRS IP to military, surveillance, or non-consumer contexts without explicit, written approval.

4. Confidential Components

• AI Agent Clustering and Self-Healing Battery Chemistry are deemed Restricted Technologies.

• Restricted Technologies shall not be disclosed to third parties, published, or patented independently by the Licensee.

5. Attribution and Proof

• All CRS-derived products must attribute technology to the Collective Rider System and Brewtanius Ink LLC.

• All development and deployments must be cryptographically logged into the Proof Vault (hash + timestamp).

6. Royalties and Reparations

• Any unauthorized use or dissemination of CRS IP obligates the Licensee to pay damages equal to triple the gross revenue derived from such use.

• If CRS IP is stolen, copied, or re-appropriated, reparations are owed per the Collective Humanity Charter’s Discovery Dividend and Reparations Mode clauses.

7. Termination

• Any violation of this license immediately voids the Licensee’s rights and triggers reparations.

• Owner may revoke the license at any time if technologies are deemed misused or at risk.

8. Governing Law

• This license shall be governed under U.S. federal IP law and international treaties.

• Disputes shall be settled in arbitration under UNCITRAL rules, with jurisdiction in the United States.

9. Effective Date

This license is effective as of Proof Vault timestamp and remains valid until terminated or superseded by a future version.
