Description
This repository contains the raw microscopy data associated with the study “Isotropic, aberration-corrected light sheet microscopy for rapid high-resolution imaging of cleared tissue.” A downsampled version of the complete tiled dataset, together with a representative high-resolution subset, has been deposited here to ensure accessibility despite the very large size of the original data. The data were generated to demonstrate isotropic high-resolution imaging across large three-dimensional samples, enabling quantitative high-resolution analysis.
