FAIR-EASE - D6.6 : Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication Plan - Final

The final Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication Plan (D6.6) of the FAIR-EASE project summarises the strategy and outcomes of activities carried out from 2022–2025 to promote FAIR-EASE project and its results and ensure long-term impact. The plan highlights how communication and dissemination activities evolved to focus on KERs, supported by a redesigned website, consistent branding, newsletters, social media channels, video production, and the open publication of deliverables on Zenodo, all of which contributed to surpassing most KPI targets. Community engagement was a central pillar, with FAIR-EASE actively participating in major EOSC and scientific events, organising dedicated webinars, and hosting a final event that showcased results and gathered stakeholder feedback. Exploitation activities consolidated 16 KERs, most reaching TRL 7–9, complemented by documentation, Jupyter Books, and GitHub resources to ensure reusability and integration into EOSC nodes and related initiatives such as Blue-Cloud 2026, EuroScienceGateway, and FAIR-IMPACT. Sustainability measures addressed technical, financial, and governance aspects while aligning with EU policy priorities, laying the foundation for continued adoption beyond the project’s lifetime. Through these combined efforts, FAIR-EASE successfully expanded its community, strengthened collaborations, and secured pathways for long-term impact.
