Nanoindentation dataset - Fused Silica and Tungsten

The dataset refers to experiments performed on a NPL-calibrated sample of SiO2 (FS) and tungsten (W).
Raw data are available in the .txt file, presenting in the file name the maximum applied load.
Metadata are available and associated to each indentation in the file.

Fifteen replication at different loads are available per each material.

Data are raw data, un-corrected for frame compliance.
