Researchers and students often struggle with keeping track of the tools offered by their institution or university. Especially as a new university member or PhD student, 
finding the right tool is time-consuming and complex.To aid in finding the right tool faster we created an overview for collaborative tools and storage options. These overviews offer a small introduction of the tools and compare their properties. The overviews are published as pptx and xlsx and can be easily adapted to other institutions' offers.
