Description

Phylogenomics of Helianthemum based on the Angiosperms353 target set. This deposit includes the concatenated alignment (181 tips; 274,050 bp), partition scheme (192 blocks), ML and coalescent trees, and a time-calibrated phylogeny produced with treePL from a pruned ML topology (126 tips). Tip labels use sequencing library codes; the sampling spreadsheet maps codes to taxa/populations and provides provenance (country, locality, lat/long), voucher and SRA accessions.
