Data for analyzing compensational timescale in an experiment driven by high-amplitude, long-period sediment supply forcing at the Tulane Delta Basin (TDB-20-1)

Description
This dataset contains output from the TDB-20-1 experiment conducted at the Tulane Delta Basin. In this experiment, external forcing is imposed as cyclic variations in the sediment-to-water discharge ratio (Qs/Qw). The forcing period is longer than the unforced system’s baseline compensational timescale (i.e., slow forcing). The data support the analyses in the manuscript “External forcing extends the compensational timescale by increasing regional surface roughness in fluvio-deltaic systems,” where it is used to quantify the compensational timescale (Tc) behavior under slow cyclic forcing.
