Description
This work proposes that local quantum mechanics and general relativity remain unmodified, while a global Z2 holonomy of the prequantum bundle induces a minimal topological modification at the Planck scale. Three canonical action areas — (π/2)ℏ, πℏ, and 2πℏ — are separated into distinct sectors. The framework predicts two falsifiable, achromatic signatures: (i) a uniform polarization rotation of cosmic microwave background photons leading to parity-odd TB/EB correlations, and (ii) a mode-independent global phase shift in black-hole ringdown spectra. Both effects preserve local dynamics while providing clean global observables.
