Abstract

The CollectiveOS represents a unified framework for post-scarcity engineering, open-source humanitarian technology, and quantum-adaptive intelligence. This paper introduces the NEXUS architecture (Genesis Core, Operational Five, Distributed Swarm) and presents the first humanitarian deployment: Open-Source Prosthetics v2.0, launched in an exclusive partnership with Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) and VA Hospitals until January 1, 2026.
