eGRL Test Data

Two sets of example data for eGRL are provided.

Data #1: Giant Unilamellar Vesicle (zipped file: "20200116_GUV_tiltLS.rar")

1. FM1-43 labeled, illuminated by 488nm laser.
2. Polarization modulation: Scheme 0, full combinations, 42 volumes.
3. Expected orientation: normal to membrane.

Data #2: Tobacco xylem cell (zipped files: "20200322_XylemCell_FullCalibration.rar")

1. Pontamine fast scarlet labeled, illuminated by 561nm laser.
2. Polarization modulation: Scheme 0, full combinations, 42 volumes.
3. Expected orientation: along the ribs.

Notes:

1. Two datasets are acquired via pol-diSPIM with a pair of 1.1 and 0.67 NA objectives.
2. Voxel size (preprocessed) is 0.13×0.13×0.13 μm.
