Distribution. Ukraine: West (Carpathian Reserve), Center. — Europe: Western Europe (Austria, France, Germany, Great Britain, Switzerland), Northern Europe (Finland, Sweden), Southern Europe (Italy, Serbia, Spain), Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Russia); Asian Russia (Zabaikalskiy Territory, Primorsky Territory, Sakhalin Is.); Korea, Turkey.

Hosts. Lepidopterans from the families Cosmopterigidae, Pyralidae, Tortricidae, including Pancalia schwarzella Fabricius (Cosmopterigidae), Oncocera semirubella Scopoli (Pyralidae), Argyroploce arbutella Linnaeus (Tortricidae).
