Distribution. Palaearctic - Europe: East Europe (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia), South Europe (Bulgaria, Italy, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain), West Europe (Austria, France, Germany, Switzerland), Middle East (Israel), North Africa (Morocco) (O’Hara et al., 2020), Iran (Gilasian et al., 2022).
Host range. Coleoptera - Scarabaeidae: Rhizotrogus aestivus (Olivier, 1789), R. carduorum Erichson, 1841 (see Tschorsnig, 2017:56).
