This zenodo repository contains data produced or used in the paper "Paraplume: A fast and accurate paratope prediction method provides insights into repertoire-scale binding dynamics".

It is divided in three compressed folders, "benchmark.tar.gz" where training Paraplume was done, "data_with_scripts.tar.gz" containing data and scripts regarding applications of Paraplume and "graph_extension.tar.gz" where we reproduced the implementation of Paragraph to combine it with Paraplume. In each folder a detailed README is available.
