Example dataset for SCRIN (Subcellular Colocalized RNA Interaction Network)

This dataset is a sampled subset of the publicly available CosMX Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI) Mouse Brain FFPE dataset provided by NanoString Technologies (https://nanostring.com/products/cosmx-spatial-molecular-imager/ffpe-dataset/cosmx-smi-mouse-brain-ffpe-dataset/
).

We downsampled the original dataset to create a smaller example dataset (1000 cells) for demonstrating and benchmarking the SCRIN.
