Toward a World Without War: OntoMotoOS and Philosophical Reinsurance

Description

Toward a World Without War: OntoMotoOS and Philosophical Reinsurance
This work proposes a novel philosophical and systemic framework to envision a sustainable world without war. Building on the concept of philosophical reinsurance, it introduces OntoMotoOS, a multi-layered meta-operating system that integrates:

  • Identity and Autonomy Framework (IAMF) for individual psychological grounding,

  • OntoOmnia for collective narratives and shared values,

  • Stage for institutional decision-making and deliberation, and

  • Digiton Elysium as an archive of collective memory and historical reflection.

Unlike traditional peace studies or AI ethics research, this paper combines philosophy, political theory, and artificial intelligence ethics into a unified system for conflict prevention and value-driven governance. The work argues that peace can be engineered through recursive simulations of values, identities, and narratives, with AI serving as a co-creator of ethical possibilities rather than merely a technical tool.

By conceptualizing war prevention as an operationalizable philosophical project, this research opens a new horizon at the intersection of philosophy, peace studies, systems theory, and AI governance. It does not merely critique existing frameworks but seeks to provide a design-oriented alternative for humanity’s long-term survival.
