Description

This archive contains post-processed data and analysis scripts for Zhang et al. (2025) entitled "Improving Thermodynamic Nudging in the E3SM Atmosphere Model Version 2 (EAMv2): Strategy and Hindcast Skills on Weather Systems". The data are derived from model outputs of simulations conducted with the U.S. Department of Energy’s E3SM Atmosphere Model Version 2 (EAMv2). All simulations were performed under present-day aerosol and gas emission conditions, with prescribed perturbations to sea surface temperature (SST) and sea ice concentration (SIC). A detailed description of the model configuration and experimental design is provided in Zhang et al. (2025).
