Standard Model Masses from Integer Baselines and a Universal RG Anchor

Description

We present a parameter-free, classical renormalization-group (RG) method that predicts Standard Model (SM) mass ratios from self-consistent fixed points with logarithmic window averaging of anomalous dimensions. The only inputs are standard SM RG blocks and a dispersion calculation of alpha_em(mu) from inclusive e+ e- -> hadrons. Charged-lepton ratios are reproduced at parts-per-million (ppm). A single absolute scale, anchored by the atmospheric neutrino mass splitting, fixes (e, mu, tau) in eV. Quark ratios, formed at each species' self-consistent scale mu_star, agree at the few × 10^-3 level. All computations use pinned, reproducible code; no per-species tunings are introduced.
