Description

We present a global reference processed, merged, and balanced to ensure
balanced gene expression dataset for fair representation of each subtype. This
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) resource is suitable for machine learning
subtypes. This dataset integrates 8 publicly applications, biomarker discovery, and
available GEO microarray datasets, resulting translational leukemia research , providing
in 258 samples across 9 ALL subtypes and a reproducible and comprehensive reference
normal controls, with expression values for for the scientific community.
