Description

These data are used and described in the following preprint:  https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.10.29.620879

The data set comprises:

1) Behavioral data for the value-based decision making task in rats 

2) Behavioral data for rats during inactivation of orbitofrontal cortes

3) Electrophysiology recordings from multiple regions in expert and naive rats

 

Files are Matlab data (.mat) files and .csv files. The code to analyze this data and generate all figures in Schiereck et al., 2025 is available at {https://github.com/constantinoplelab/published/tree/main/OFC_cognitiveStrategies}. Data was analyzed using Matlab 2023a with the following additional toolboxes:
