Business Role in Achieving SDG's

Abstract:

The world is facing significant challenges such as climate change, rising inequality, and global economic uncertainty. In this context, businesses play an important role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As governments and communities work towards a more sustainable and inclusive future, businesses are expected to take on greater responsibility in supporting these efforts. This paper discusses how companies are connecting their goals with the SDGs by adopting practices like ESG reporting, digital transformation, green finance, and circular economy models. It also examines how investors, customers, and regulators are increasing pressure on companies to act responsibly. The study shows that achieving the SDGs by 2030 will need cooperation, innovation, and a strong commitment from the business sector.
