Deliverable 2.1 - CoE Operationalisation

This document presents the Operationalisation Manual, (Deliverable 2.1 - PHAETHON Teaming project) developed to provide a structured framework for the governance, operations, and strategic management of the PHAETHON Centre of Excellence (CoE).
Specifically, this document aims to describe the standardized processes developed to streamline governance, administration, and research operations. In addition, it defines the responsibilities of leadership, operational units, and stakeholders in maintaining and continuously improving the CoE’s processes.
