Description
This document presents the GEP developed to establish and ensure a high-standard comprehensive and strategic framework towards the rectification of gender-based disparities and the promotion of equitable opportunities within the PHAETHON Centre of Excellence (CoE). The plan sets out the basis for the management, personnel, and associated project consortium’s commitment to gender equality across all facets of the institution and the teaming project lifecycle. This further includes but is not limited to how the CoE is staffed, structured, and operates in alignment with European best practices and Gender Equality in Academia and Research (GEAR) tools. Moreover, it should be considered a dynamic plan that can adapt as the project and Centre progress, in accordance with, but not limited to, the needs of PHAETHON CoE, as well as changing institutional parameters and societal imperatives
