FINANCIAL REPORT ANALYSIS AND STOCK PRICE ASSESSMENT AS A RECOMMENDATION FOR INVESTMENT DECISIONS AT PT. INDOFOOD SUKSES MAKMUR TBK FOR THE 2019-2023 PERIOD

This study aims to analyze financial statements and stock price valuation as recommendations for investment decisions. The research object is PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the period 2019-2023. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis using indicators such as liquidity, profitability, solvency, Price to Earnings Ratio (PER), and Price to Book Value (PBV). The data source used is the audited financial statements of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the period 2019-2023, obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions should be based on the Price to Earnings Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV). The stock of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) was mostly in an undervalued position during the 2019-2023 period. This condition reflects an attractive investment opportunity, especially for long-term investors who believe in the company's strong fundamentals and the stable business prospects of the food sector. The decline in PER and PBV values signals that the stock is being traded below its fair value, indicating potential price appreciation in the future.
