  • New algorithm for determining the exact degenerate sequences that describe a PAM
  • The method uses a Hamming‑neighbor rectangle preselection stage followed by solving the minimal exact set cover problem with CP-SAT
  • The new heuristic is more likely to be optimal than the old method using Ward's clustering and tree traversal.
