Genexpressions Dataset derived from FireBrowse

FireBrowse provides raw read counts of gene expression indexed by Ensembl and NCBI gene identifiers. We convert these raw counts into TPM (Transcripts Per Million) by normalizing for gene length and sequencing depth following. The resulting dataset contains expression values for 19,637 genes across 10,446 cases spanning 33 diagnoses (TCGA cancer type). Data is human readible and tab seperated. In addition, we include an R package that can read these files.
