RADFET device compact model

The attached archive contains the radiation sensitive field effect transistor (RADFET) compact model. The both Verilog-A and SPICE forms are provided. The model was designed using Qucs-S free circuit simulation package with Ngspice simulation backend. Qucs-S source schematics are provided within the archive. The compact model is ready for the integration with Ngspice circuit simulator and OpenVAF compiler.
