Description
Interactive Visualization Workflow for Spatial Gene Expression in Napar
We designed a streamlined two-step image processing pipeline to isolate and align distinct spatial regions using spot-level expression or signal data. Following the preparation of image inputs and corresponding metadata, our custom Python plugin facilitates interactive visualization of gene expression across z-stack 3D images within the Napari interface. The complete workflow consists of the following stages:
